P@ckServ: data collection and analysis

Lifetime Performance Monitoring

To monitor the performance of installed machines and proactively detect malfunctions, we offer a service to monitor the machine after installation to increase OEE (overall equipment effectiveness). We use our P@ckServ software for this purpose.

From the data collected, an analysis follows that allows us to take very targeted action. For example, a common failure that an operator keeps pushing away by means of a reset can be brought to the surface so that action can be taken.

P@ckServ can be installed on new but also on existing Robertpack installations and keeps track of machine performance via data monitoring and alarm logging. Our aim, in cooperation with the end user, is to ensure that the machines installed are performing optimally.
