Our robotic palletising systems load your pallets in shorter cycle times, thereby making your production processes quicker and more efficient. This saves you space, heavy physical work and costs. We develop our 4, 5 or 6-axis robotic palletising systems according to the product and your specific wishes or our own recommendations. You can choose between a Fanuc or Yaskawa robot.
The robot is the central component of a cell in which your pallets with products are transported. Our engineers develop in-house the robotic grippers, which move one or more transported units (for example bags or cases) with the aid of vacuum suction cups, optionally in combination with a mechanical clamping system. Most of our robotic grippers can handle one or more products and are built for flexible use and can therefore handle different products at the same time.
We are constantly developing new, innovative robotic grippers that can usually perform a combination of actions. A multifunctional robotic gripper, for example, can de-stack your empty pallets in preparation for palletising, palletise your products in the right configuration, and automatically feed bottom and top sheets and layer pads onto pallets.
Our Software Engineers develop the software to enable the robotic grippers to place your products onto the pallets according to a given configuration. Our robotic palletising systems are therefore delivered to you as a total solution, complete with dedicated software.
In addition to robotic palletising systems, we also develop and supply robotic depalletising systems. Our depalletising systems are developed according to three core principles: flexibility, high reliability and low maintenance costs. Our robotic depalletising systems are designed for fast and flexible response to product changes in order to keep your downtime to a minimum.
