What exactly does this project entail?
We are automating the packing of bags of seeds into boxes (casepacking) where we have also automated the box setting, closing and palletising.

What makes this project unique? 
Due to space constraints, the box set-up is performed in a unique way. In addition, one FANUC M710i/70 robot can perform the following operations without the need for a gripper change:

* Removal of planos from magazine
* Setting up an American folding box from plano
* Palletising the closed box
* Sheethandling (slipsheets between layers of boxes)

A good example of a custom-designed high-quality solution that meets the customer's specific needs.
