Specific training helps in the optimal operation of a robotic system! Your operators after all have to be able to correctly use the system. We train your operators in the procedures they have to carry out. We ensure that the training is well in line with your target group.
We can also train your technical personnel. We train your personnel in having greater insight into the applied techniques. This enables your technicians to make better diagnoses in the event of emergencies. Our aim is to give you as customer as many as possible tools to resolve any emergencies yourself.

We adhere to the measures drawn up according to the guidelines of the RIVM and the GGD to ensure the health of our staff and our customers, while doing everything we can to provide the same support and after-sales service that you are used to from Robertpack.

Delivery times for delivery of new installations will be continued as much as possible according to the agreed schedule. For FAT and delivery on location, we make agreements in good consultation with our customer.
The delivery time of supply parts is closely monitored in order to avoid delays as much as possible.
As usual, you can reach us during normal office hours (07.30 - 16.30) Furthermore, our service line is normally available 24/7 as stated in the agreed service agreements.
We follow the instructions of the designated authorities on a daily basis and will adjust our policy where necessary.
