For each system we deliver we provide advice on spare parts. We ensure you have the right information to be able to order the spare parts quickly and efficiently.
You can of course order from us the spare parts that we use in our system. If spare parts are required as a result of an emergency, we discuss with you the quickest way to get the spare parts to you. If a part can no longer be supplied, we find the best alternative for you.
Robertpack keeps a close eye on the developments around Covid-19 (coronavirus).
We adhere to the measures drawn up according to the guidelines of the RIVM and the GGD to ensure the health of our staff and our customers, while doing everything we can to provide the same support and after-sales service that you are used to from Robertpack.
We limit physical meetings both internally and externally as much as possible.
Delivery times for delivery of new installations will be continued as much as possible according to the agreed schedule. For FAT and delivery on location, we make agreements in good consultation with our customer.
The delivery time of supply parts is closely monitored in order to avoid delays as much as possible.
As usual, you can reach us during normal office hours (07.30 - 16.30) Furthermore, our service line is normally available 24/7 as stated in the agreed service agreements.
We follow the instructions of the designated authorities on a daily basis and will adjust our policy where necessary.
